This is obtained by taking the information directly off the vehicle and using the best possible materials to exactly match the original colour. Smart-Tech use only the finest waterbased materials and industry leading clearcoat exactly as in the manufacture of your vehicle. The materials used are all compliant with the directive which came into force in 2007. We have been compliant since 2005.
Repair Process
The Smart repair process starts by removing the damage and using materials derived from bodyshop sources to restore the original surface prior to applying the primer coat. The primer coat is then cured and prepared for the reapplication of the colour and the clearcoat where applicable. Once the clearcoat has been fully cured the final polishing takes place to blend the repair into the original finish.
