Leather Refinish
Smart-Tech can repair, re-colour and refurbish leather to as new condition. The process involves specialist repair materials and coloured dyes which restore the feel, lustre and smell of new leather. The leather is cleaned then the colour is matched to the original finish before the process starts. Once the colour is matched we apply a sealer and then prime the surface ready to take the dye. Once dry the colour is then applied followed by a clearcoat which is cross-linked to offer maximum durability to the repair. The process is finished with a specialist leather conditioner to moisturise and soften the leather. The same conditioner offers resilience to future soiling and the finished item can be kept clean using a damp cloth.
